James Harden injury update
When we showed up at practice yesterday afternoon at the Sixers' training facility in Camden, James Harden was on a far court going through a shooting drill with assistant coach Sam Cassell.

According to Harden, who spoke to the media after practice, Thursday was the first time he was back on the court going through shooting drills since suffering a tendon strain in his right foot on November 2nd.
Harden laid out a four stage plan for his recovery, which included time in a walking boot (which Harden says he cut short after 4-5 days because it was making his foot and ankle stiff), then some time in rehab (including pool workouts and running on the AlterG anti-gravity treadmill), followed by some time running through basketball drills to test everything out before finally finishing it off with a week of cardio to get back up to speed.
