Sixers vs Magic, 7 p.m. tonight

One of the oft-cited benefits to the hectic schedule that NBA teams play is that you're never too far away from having the opportunity to go out and move on from a bad outing.

That's especially true for the Sixers in January, where it feels like they're always just 48 hours away from the Orlando Magic (or rough equivalent) to right yesterday's wrongs. The Sixers will have the chance to do just that tonight, when they take on the 8-37 Orlando Magic at the Wells Fargo Center, the perfect setup to move on from Monday's dud against the Wizards.

The Sixers defeated the Magic two weeks ago in a game that was closer than most were comfortable with, as the heavily-favored Sixers had to come back from an 11-point third quarter deficit, and didn't really have control of the game until late in the fourth. Joel Embiid had 31/5/4 to lead the way, with Harris (22), Korkmaz (20) and Curry (20) chipping in. Tyrese Maxey did not play in that one down in Orlando.
